Calculates the bcrypt hash of an input, passing the password bytes through to the EksBlowfishSetup password schedule unchanged.

Calculates the bcrypt hash of an input, optionally appending the bcrypt password terminator (a single 0x00 byte) to password before the EksBlowfishSetup password schedule.
